Processing Time

All orders are handmade, packed, and shipped with care from our home studio. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing before your order ships. (This does not include weekends or holidays.)

If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to reach out to us prior to purchasing — we’ll do our best to accommodate!


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • U.S. Orders: 3-7 business days

  • International Orders: 2-4 weeks (varies by location)

Please note: These are estimated timeframes provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Terpy Treasures is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If your package arrives damaged due to packaging error on our part, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.


Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order! We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us ASAP — we may be able to catch it before it ships.


Import Duties, Taxes, or Customs Fees
We do not collect or cover import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by your local postal service or customs office upon delivery.
